Learning to Walk with Jesus List

Lord, Is It I? — Matthew 26:22
Let Christ examine me.

What does the Bible teach about blame, discernment, repentance, boundaries, forgiveness, and loving people we cannot change? Beginning with the disciples’ question, “Lord, is it I?” this lesson follows Scripture through self-examination, obedience, patience, and trusting God with the results.

How Can I Keep Going When I Want to Quit?

Have you ever wanted to quit, even when you believed God was leading you to keep going? Through an ordinary lesson about learning to surf, Christ revealed a deeper lesson about unfeigned faith—a genuine faith that trusts Him enough to take the next step. This lesson reminds us that Jesus continues to teach us through everyday life as we learn to walk with Him.

Turn the Wheel & Cut the Power – Episode 5

🚧 Coming Soon in Two Weeks

Sometimes faith isn't about trying harder.

Sometimes it's about learning to let go.

Join me as we discover how one simple instruction on the water—"Turn the wheel and cut the power."—became a lesson in trusting the Lord instead of leaning on my own understanding.

I'm still learning this lesson myself and will be back in two weeks to share more as the Lord continues to teach me.

"Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths."

Learning to Surf — Learning to Believe Again (Episode 4)

🚧 Coming Soon Next Week

Sometimes faith isn't about doing something extraordinary. Sometimes it's simply believing again after you've fallen.

Join me as we discover how one ordinary lesson on a surfboard became a reminder that God often asks us to trust Him one step at a time.

I'm still learning this lesson myself, and I'll be back next week to share more as the Lord continues to teach me.

Moving Dirt — Learning to Trust the Teacher

Have you ever been asked to do something that completely terrified you?

I thought I was learning to drive a skid steer and move dirt. Instead, Christ was teaching me to trust my Teacher.

Through an ordinary day operating heavy equipment, Jesus revealed how He patiently teaches us one instruction at a time. As I learned to trust my son, I began to understand more deeply what it means to trust Christ.

This lesson also includes a personal testimony of the first time God taught me to truly trust Him. It became a turning point in my relationship with Him and reminded me that peace isn't found by understanding everything.

The Winch — Learning to Trust the One Who Knows

An ordinary winch became an extraordinary lesson about trusting Christ. Through a simple moment in the woods, discover how God often does the heavy lifting while inviting us to trust, obey, and know Him more.

Christ Is My Teacher

Learning to Walk with Jesus is a journey through ordinary life where Christ reveals extraordinary truth. Each lesson begins with a real-life experience, always returns to God's Word, and points us to the greatest Teacher ever known—Jesus Christ.

"Cast all your care upon Him; for He careth for you."
