Day 2 – Trust What You Carry
What God Gave You Has Purpose
Yesterday, you were invited to see.
Today, you are invited to trust.
Because recognizing what God has given you is only the beginning—
learning to trust it is where faith begins to move.

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for,
the evidence of things not seen.”
— Hebrews 11:1
It’s one thing to acknowledge that God has placed something in your hands.
It’s another thing to believe it’s enough.
Faith requires trust—
not just in God,
but in what He has chosen to place within you.
Sometimes we hesitate because what we have doesn’t look like enough.
It feels too small.
Too ordinary.
Too uncertain.
But God has never been limited by what something looks like.
He works through willingness.
He moves through obedience.
He multiplies what is surrendered.
Trust is not about having full clarity.
It’s about moving forward without it.
It’s choosing to believe that what God has given you
is not random,
not accidental,
and not insufficient.
There are moments when doubt gets loud.
When you question if you heard God right.
When you wonder if you’re enough.
When you feel unprepared for what’s in front of you.
But those moments don’t disqualify you.
They invite you deeper.
Because trust is not built in certainty—
it’s built in surrender.
What God placed in me has purpose.
I will not minimize it.
I will not ignore it.
I will not compare it.
I will trust Him with what I carry.
Reflect & Respond
Where have you been doubting what God gave you?
What feels too small, too unclear, or not enough?
What would it look like to trust it—
today?
What is it? Isn't it the power of God in you.
Christ Jesus and the voice God speaks to you
in your belly.
Ask God to help you hear His Voice,
as you tune the distractions out to hear Him speak.
Read His Word that is written for you,
and trust in the gifts God has already placed inside of you.
Ask God to strengthen your trust,
even if your confidence feels weak.
A shared perspective . . .
Every difficult thing / every trouble that comes to you is a challenge to your faith;
and comes with an opportunity to respond by faith.
Just because something negative comes at you,
doesn't mean you have to let it come in you.
God has given each person a measure of Faith.
The enemy would love to steal your faith.
Christ in you will make your faith grow.
The opportunity is our surrender to ask, seek and knock
to grow in our personal relationship with Jesus.
Jesus is about our relationship with God
and with each other
and in Christ we see the beauty and power in the love God has for all He has made.
Thank you Jesus, we have been given a choice to have Victory in our life
through Christ who strengthens us.
Aren't we really praying for more of Christ;
and less of me?
Prayer
Lord,
help me to trust what You’ve placed inside of me.
Even when I don’t feel ready,
even when I don’t feel enough,
remind me that You are the source.
Give me the courage to move forward,
not in my own strength,
but in faith.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
You don’t need more to begin.
You need trust.
