Rooted to Bloom
A journey of unseen growth, surrender, and becoming rooted in Christ.
A Teaching from the Garden of the Heart
A journey of unseen growth, surrender, and becoming rooted in Christ.
What I thought was gone—bloomed again… a full year later.
But what happened in that unseen time?
The roots were growing.
Into the soil…
into the depths of something greater than what I could see.
And the soil?
That’s our heart.
Spiritual growth in Christ often begins beneath the surface—
before anything is visible.
What we feed our heart determines how our roots grow.
The nutrients come from the Living Water—
from Christ.
“He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water…”
— Psalm 1:3
🌿 What This Teaches Us
The Word of God makes roots grow deep and strong.
Jesus, the Living Water, nourishes the soul—
even in dry seasons.
Growth happens beneath the surface before it is ever seen.
What feels slow… is often sacred.
🌿 The Foundation
It is not what we do—
or fail to do.
It is because of what Jesus has already done.
We don’t force growth.
We remain rooted in Him.
🌿 Identity + Faith
Now we believe to see our salvation working—
Not earned.
Not forced.
But growing…
because we are rooted in Christ.

Philippians 1:6
2 Corinthians 1:3–4
🌿 Reflect & Respond
Where might God be growing something in your life
that you cannot yet see?
Instead of rushing the process,
ask Him to deepen your roots.
What if this season is not delay—
but preparation?
🌿 Continue the Journey
This isn’t the end—
it’s the beginning of growth.
