something was about to be shifted here… even before I could see it”

As Exodus 14:14 reminds us, the Lord fights for us, and we can hold our peace—even in difficult situations, even when situations feel out of our control.

When You Release It, God Moves

— A Real-Time Answer

This wasn’t planned.

This happened in the middle of everything else I was writing today.

I had just walked through a situation that stirred something deep in me—frustration, pressure, and a strong need to stand my ground.

And I did.

But it didn’t feel good.

Even though I knew what I was saying was right…

it felt heavy in my spirit.

So

I took it to the Lord.

Not to prove my point—

but to release what I couldn’t fix.

I had gone as far as I knew to go

.And then I let it go.

Just a few minutes later—

as I was getting ready to place the second devotion…

the phone rang.

It was the representative.

He said he had been “wrestling with this all through his lunch.”

I didn’t even know it was lunchtime.

But God did.

And while I was releasing it…

God was working on him.

He called back to make it right.

Not halfway

.Not defensively.

But with a shifted heart.

And just like that—

the frustration lifted.

It felt like a breath of fresh air.

This was never about the money.

It was about being heard.

About truth.

About not being treated like I was the mistake.

And God saw that.

What I couldn’t change by pushing harder…

God changed when I let go.

📖 “The Lord will fight for you, and

you shall hold your peace.”

— Exodus 14:14

Sometimes doing the right thing still feels hard.

Sometimes standing in truth still feels uncomfortable.

But there comes a moment where we have to trust:

God can move in ways we can’t.

Today reminded me—

When we honor God with our time…

When we bring things to Him instead of carrying them…

He is already working in places we cannot see.

Even in someone else’s heart.

If something in your life feels stuck right now—

You may not need to push harder.

You may need to release it.

Because God knows exactly when to move.

And He never wastes a moment.

✨ What I’ve learned through overcoming in difficult moments is this—

God doesn’t waste it.

So if you feel stuck right now . . . you’re not stuck.

You’re growing. ✨
