Day 6 – Walk in Step
Let the Spirit Lead You

You’ve walked through surrender.

You’ve trusted, moved, stayed, and allowed God to refine you.

Now something begins to shift.

What once felt uncertain…
begins to feel steady.

Because you are no longer trying to figure everything out—

you are learning to walk in step with Him.

📖 Scripture Focus

“Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.”
— Galatians 5:25

Walking in step with God is different than striving to follow Him.

It’s not forced.
It’s not rushed.
It’s not pressured.

It’s led.

When you are in step with the Spirit,
there is a rhythm to your life.

You begin to recognize His prompting.

You sense when to move,
and when to wait.

You feel peace where there used to be confusion.

And even when things aren’t fully clear—
you are no longer unsettled.

Because your confidence is no longer in understanding everything—

it’s in trusting the One who leads you.

Alignment doesn’t mean everything around you is perfect.

It means everything within you is anchored.

You are no longer pulled by emotion,
or pressured by urgency—

you are led by truth.

There is a difference you begin to notice.

Before, you reacted quickly.
Now, you pause.

Before, you felt pressure.
Now, you guard your peace.

Before, you tried to control outcomes.
Now, you trust God with them.

This is what it means to walk in step.

Not perfection—
but alignment.

I will walk in step with the Spirit.

I will not rush ahead.
I will not fall behind.

God is leading me,
and I trust His pace.

Reflect & Respond

Where have you felt out of step recently?

Have you been rushing ahead—or holding back?

What would it look like to slow down and walk with God today?

Ask Him to help you recognize His leading.

A Pause for a Personal Revelation ~

Confusion is not from God

The enemy is the author of confusion - and

where you find bitter envying and selfish ambition, there is confusion, disorder and every evil practice.

God is not mad for you if tell Him you are confused.

He actually views our confession an act of humility

and surrender to get God's perspective on every situation.

Like the warmth of the sun lifts the fog from the haze,

Christ brings clarity in truth when we trust God; and

lean in on Jesus Holy Name.

'lean not on our own understanding"

A Special Note as I listen to hear our Lord as I write this today ~

Holy means set apart from the world

Holy means Jesus made us the righteousness of God,

which means we have a right place to stand in the

presence of a Holy God.

We live in this world, but as Jesus said, my home is not of this world.

Prayer

Lord,

help me to walk in step with You.

Quiet the noise around me,
and help me to hear Your voice clearly.

Teach me Your rhythm.

Lead me in peace,
and keep my heart aligned with You.

In Jesus’ name, amen.

You don’t have to figure it all out.

You just have to stay in step with Christ in Jesus.
